Please reach us at derek@manorsg.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
There are a few factors involved. One, can you wait the 120-160 days and do you have more than 30 units. Two, can you keep your framers to no more than 6" width variances between walls in cabinetry areas. Three, can you receive the product on-site with a container sitting for the entirety of the project. Four, are your PM's use to or ok with having product assembled on-site. If yes to all of these questions, you are a prime candidate!
Absolutely not. We still well over 30% lower than any options at market with an imported product. Timing is on you, give us the submittals finished 120 days before you need cabinets and tops and we will almost guarantee we will meet your schedule.
Great question. Yes there is a difference in price and our domestic is generally 20% more than import, but that is not true with most other vendors. They simply don't have the volume to compete with us and therefore may be upwards of 30% higher than our import.
Regarding quality It really comes down to the owners taste. Our import is made with exterior and interiors and drawer boxes all out of matching color to the door. This is huge and really makes it look and feel more custom. We also use an undermount soft-close slide and soft-close hinges for import. Domestic can come with those upgrades but will push the prices higher. The doors and the quality of them are equal.
All our warranties cover our products for 5 years, so no matter what you purchase it will be top shelf and we stand behind it.
